Beautiful spacious four-season property located on the sunny side of the Bow Valley with spectacular mountain views (picturesque vies of the Three Sisters) from a large deck equipped with a gas grille. Environmentally friendly home in a peaceful location. Vaulted ceilings and in-floor heating. Entire property fully landscaped with indigenous plants and rock. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and jetted tub and is on the top floor with stunning views. Living area has south views and a large floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. Large dining room area with a well equipped kitchen. Open living space which provides the comforts of home. There is parking for 2 cars. 20 minutes from Banff and 90 minutes from Calgary airport. 50 yards to mountain hiking/biking trails. Lake Louise, the Icelands Parkway and Kananaskis Country are also within an easy drive.
