A little bit of History. : Maison d'Eau was first born in 1964, built up in the classic way of American Mid-Century Modern: single floor, ranch-style, open front yard, enclosed backyard with pool, open dining room to the kitchen and a sprawling, step-down living room with brick fireplace. Nestled along with others of its kind in the historic neighborhood of Paradise Palms, the house now finds itself perfectly located just east of the Strip, three minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center and ten minutes away from the Venetian, the Palazzo, Treasure Island, and The Fashion Show Mall.

We loved this place. It's a really cool house, close enough to the strip to get there easily when you want to, but just far enough away to allow you some space to chill in the comfort of your own home.

Everything you need is there....fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, wireless internet....even an IPod dock with a nice sound system.

The pool was a bit chilly, but we were there in April. I'm sure its warmer as it heats up in Vegas.

We'll be going back for sure.

Snazzy Vegas Retreat!

Love, love, love Maison d'Eau! Adele Jacques, the owner, has paid such attention to detail in designing a unique home away from home that keeps with the old-time feel of Vegas in a retro-modern way! Can't say enough about the style of this place! It's swanky but not pretentious. We've had parties there, and everyone loves hanging out by the pool or the bar. There's plenty of room for many people to lodge or come hang out. The bedrooms are more than ample and quite spacious, with extra space and beds available. The master bedroom and bathroom are awesome: a HUGE soaking tub (with glow in the dark grout -sounds weird, but it's really cool!), great vanity space, and beautiful tile. The overall decor in the master is modern and classy! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and extras you need to make any kind of meal - even good olive oil and vinegar! The manager is professional and on top of things, customer service is good, and they leave you alone once you're settled so you can feel really at home. The whole house is clean and comfy. It's a special way to stay in Vegas because it's close enough to the strip, but you also get to feel like a local. Management is local and aware of the cool things going on in town, where to eat, where to shop, who to connect with and more. The first time we arrived at the neighborhood, we wondered about the choice to stay off-strip, but then you realize this spot is a rare gem in the desert!

Simply amazing!!!

Access to the strip and located in a very quiet neighborhood, this house is one of the most charming i've ever seen! Very clean, convenient, well decorated and you've got your own pool... so why renting a room in a hotel!!!! thanks Adele for everything, i spent three days in paradise!!

The proprerty lived up to my expectations, and then some.
Ideally located for access to the 'The Strip' and an oasis of calm when we needed somewhere to 'chill out'.
