49 Central Park Avenue in beautiful Old Orchard Beach offers a relaxing large home for a family vacation. Off-street parking for two vehicles and large fenced-in yard. Picnic table with umbrella and chairs in yard and new gas grill for BBQ. 2/10 of a mile to beach (short walk) and 4/10 of a mile to the pier. House is located behind Waves Motel. Walk onto an enclosed three season front porch. House is fully furnished with five beds upstairs plus a cot and all the essentials down stairs including lobster pot and dining room.

Wow! Great home! Very clean. More than enough room for all! T.V's in all 3 bedrooms. Huge first floor. Hopefully we will be able to go again next year and stay here again. Very happy!.

I would recommend this house 100%. vERY CLEAN close to everything.Quiet.outdoor shower a plus. Owner very accurate with description, He was extremely prompt with questions we had.I will absolutely rent again
