You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the large Putting Green on the 30 foot front lawn (left and right-handed clubs and golf balls provided). Lounge or dine (tables for six) on either of the two decks (with electronic awnings), settle in for cocktails under the umbrellas on the front patio overlooking the ocean, or take the few steps down to your private beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bocce set on hand).

Six bicycles are provided for a little exercise or touring Moody and surrounding towns.

The State of Maine requires us to collect a 7% tax on their behalf.

Beginning September 10, 2011 to June 22, 2012, villa OceanSide's compound (comprised of the Main House and the Guest House) can be booked for a minimum three-night stay. Also, during these time periods, either of the two houses can be booked for a minimum three-night stay. And, for your privacy, if you choose to reside in only one of the two houses, we will not rent the other to another party.

The rates can be discussed with the owner.

These two European-style homes have flat-screen DVD/HDTVs and ceiling fans in every room. Pendleton House, air-conditioned throughout, has 4 bedrooms. The 2nd floor Master Bedroom has french doors overlooking the ocean. The 2nd floor back bedroom with a balcony shares a spacious full bath. The 3rd floor Master Bedroom has a gas-log fireplace, sitting room w/built-in fridge, french doors w/swivel chairs to view the ocean, and a private bathroom where you can watch the waves roll in while taking a relaxing bath or view the ocean from the separate shower. The 3rd floor back bedroom has a private bath. Semper Fi House has its two bedrooms on the first floor. Pocket doors in each bedroom open to a full bath with a private tub area, rain shower, heat lamp, and built-in hair dryer. The back bedroom is outfitted with 2 trundle beds that can be utilized as 2 twins, 4 twins or 2 king beds. Step out the sliding door from the Master Bedroom onto the stone patio with dining table for 6.
