Location, Location, Location!.....
Charleston single house located in the famous historic district. It’s in an excellent location for easy walking to Charleston's finest restaurants, museums and historic sites. It’s also only a short drive for a relaxing day at the beach. Plenty of off-street parking is available.
This home has been beautifully renovated featuring heart of pine floors, gas fireplaces, antiques and private courtyard while updated with fully equipped state of the art kitchens and other features. The home has been furnished with antiques and fine linens for your comfort away from home.
This home exceeded the expectations of our group, three couples in their 50s whose goal was to stay in the heart of the city in a nice home, within walking distance to just about everything. We were delighted with this house! It was spacious, well-appointed, and the modern updates to the kitchens and bathrooms blended in nicely with the historical features of the home such as the wood floors, large windows and fireplaces in almost every room, even the upstairs bath. The furnishings were beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. We dined "in" several nights, grilling fresh fish and steaks on the bbq, and enjoying wine on the piazzas. We were within walking distance to shops and restaurants and more beautiful, historic homes. It was a wonderful experience, and i can't imagine staying anywhere else if we return to Charleston in the future.
This wonderful place in the historic area of Charleston was perfect for my annual girlfriend getaway. The rooms are well appointed with wonderful accessories, lots of flat screen tvs and all of the living space is very comfortable. Having 3 and a half bathrooms is a big plus with a large group too. The kitchen is small, but well equipped...we ate breakfast in and enjoyed the rest of our meals out in the great restaurants of Charleston. The location is an easy walk to the battery and up to restaurants on Queen and East Bay. I would rent this place again in a minute, if I had a group that needed 4 bedrooms...It was great value for the great location.
The location & house was more than I had hoped for! Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and tourist locations. I came to Charleston with a group of girlfriends for the weekend and would definitely come back and stay again. The whole house was beautifully kept and the kitchen was especially modern. Parking is plentiful. I loved everything about my stay!
Perfect location for exploring historic Charleston. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated. Gourmet kitchens -- there are two! allow you to take a 'breather' from the wonderful restaurants that are all within walking distance. 3 of my girlfriends and I were celebrating our 50th birthdays -- it was a perfect way to celebrate. We had plenty of space to sit together and talk -- living room, piazzas, family room, in addition, to each of us having our own bedroom. Both piazzas had 4 rocking chairs and there was always a nice breeze so you can sip wine and relax.
