Tradewinds at the Cape is a beautiful property located at The Club on Cape San Blas. This upscale Townhouse, completed in 2006 has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The owners have spent a lot of time and energy making this their home away from home. As you enter the unit, a custom built staircase greets you with an open floor plan which includes living and dining area, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, laundry room and half bath. The home has high speed wireless internet, a DVD and VCR, lots of movies, a well stocked bookcase, games and jigsaw puzzles available for all ages. Beyond the great room, through the sliding doors, is a large, relaxing, screened-in porch for reading and viewing an abundance of wildlife in the surrounding woods. The home has been decorated with many interesting artworks and is a comfort to all. No pets; No smoking;

We had a wonderful vacation at Tradewinds, Cape San Blas. Cape San Blas is a beautiful, quiet unspoilt area of Florida. There's lots to do in the surrounding areas, beautiful beaches, great places to eat and a lovely heated pool which our children enjoyed playing in everyday!

The townhouse was fantastic! It far surpasses any beach home we have ever stayed in previously. It is really well cared for, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed!

Our family wanted to stay longer and we can't wait to come back!

Larrane,the owner was great, very helpful in answering questions before the vacation. She called us the day we arrived to make sure everything was OK and she even thanked us for taking care of her home.

Tradewinds is a beautiful vacation rental where you can relax and feel at home.

Great vacation house!

Tastefully decorated, immaculate, comfortable.
The kitchen had what I needed for cooking gourmet meals. I have stayed in many vacation houses, and this was one of the best!
We will be back for another stay at The Tradewinds.

The townhouse was gorgeous and fully stocked, as promised. Everything you could want was available. We were able to cook and bake whatever we desired. It was also well equipped with toiletries samples and a hairdryer so you felt like you were at an upscale hotel. There was a large assortment of magazines, books and puzzles, something for everyone.

Larrane was great to deal with and even called to check and be sure we arrived safely. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.

This property has it all; you will be pleased to find top-notch amenities and lots of local activities wrapped up in this exquisite facility. The owners have gone to all lengths to create a high-class living space. The furniture and decorations give a warm and elegant feel with a touch of international that makes you want to move in and stay. Spend the day on the secluded beach or at the local state park. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying our vacation. We will be back for sure before everyone else finds out about it. There is a reason why they call this the forgotten coast.

A true vacation house!

This summer will be my third visit to Tradewinds. It's location on the Cape is fantastic--a skip to the pool, a short walk to the beach or quick drive to the State Park. The house itself is not your typical beach house. It's amenities and decor are more akin to a spa.

Downstairs, the open living room and kitchen design allows everyone to visit while cooking in the stocked kitchen. There is no need for you to bring kitchen equipment with you, everything you may need is already there!

With wireless Internet, shelves of books, board games and TV there is plenty to do on a rainy day, including listening to the rain on one of the two screened in porches.

Upstairs the three bedrooms and two bathrooms allow for many different sleeping configurations. The bathrooms are clean and spacious, especially the master bath that has two sinks, a separate toilet room, a tub and a large floor-to-ceiling shower. There are plenty of clean towels, extra blankets and pillows.

You you prefer to eat out there are several restaurants on the Cape and plenty more in St. Joe. I prefer to eat at the house, but we do take advantage of the fresh seafood as frequently as we can. A medium size grocery store offers pretty much all you need.

I enjoy this space immensely and would recommend it to anyone.
