The Villa on Sandy Beach is a spacious 3 bedroom – sleeps 6-9 - vacation rental right on Sandy Beach in Rincon. Its perfect for families or groups of friends and includes a full kitchen, air conditioned, laundry, two bathrooms, parking, a rooftop terrace and beach side deck. The full kitchen is perfect for cooking the fresh catch from the local fisherman and produce from the local markets. We can even arrange for a Private Chef to cook for you or a massage therapist – right in the villa. Unlike beaches cluttered with hotels and busy public beaches, Rincon has retained its surfside charm. Rincon is known for its world class surfing and excellent beaches. The Sandy Beach area of Rincon has an energetic “vibe” with laid back restaurants and shops. Swimming, relaxing, deep sea fishing, diving, cycling are all available locally. Plus, the Villa On Sandy Beach serves as a perfect home base for daily excursions to the mountains and all that western Puerto Rico has to offer.

The mellow, but friendly atmosphere will make you feel truly worry free and shift your clock to relaxation mode. With plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and even more within a short drive, you'll find yourself never needing to leave the local scene. Rincon is a quiet town away from the big cities, but we are close enough if you crave that city life. Mayaguez is just 20 minutes away with popular shopping, theaters, casinos and more. San Juan is about a 2.5 hour drive with a large international airport and amazing city life.

Great Beachfront Rental

Had a great time at this rental the owner provided everything great contacts for activities (surf instructors & private chefs) and GPS unit to help with directions driving. The location couldn't have been better right on the beach. And surrounded by restaurants and bars. We didn't want to leave.

great place great beach!!

we had a wonderful time, villa was great, description was accurate regarding location, but we did arrive at night and had a little bit of a hard time finding the villa, but we found it!! Layout was correct except that we didnt realize the tv was in the bedroom instead of living area, but there is a couch/bed in that room along w/ full size bunk beds so there is more than enough space for everyone to watch tv if needed. The property was very clean and well maintained. Customer service was great!! We didnt have cell phone service inside the home but could walk out to parking lot and make calls and get any info we needed from our rep. I would recommend this to a friend. We would stay there again if we were back in puerto rico.

This place was placed there from heaven! It is not only gorgeous and relaxing...it is in a great location! Lots to see and delicous places to eat. Very clean and maintained.

A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION

My husband and I went to the Villa on Sandy Beach for our 25th wedding anniversary. What a wonderful choice!!! It had everything you needed to enjoy your time whether you wanted to lay by the beach or find other activities to do. You did not have to walk far, three doors down to find a wonderful bar and restaurant with a great atmosphere. You also could drive a short distance for other bars, restaurants, shops. The beachfront was beautiful and clean. We took many walks on the beach and was able to see some great things. We drove about a mile to see the Lighthouse. The roadside fruit stands were great. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed from a coffee maker, blender, microwave all of the amenities of home. Everything worked great, we were able to cook inside or out on the fourth floor with the grill. It even included a washer and dryer which was nice. We were able to eat on the terrace and enjoy the atmosphere. It was wonderful with the sound of the ocean. The living room had a couch, love seat and two chairs with ottomans (very comfortable). The dining room table was great with six chairs. There is even internet access. The bedrooms were wonderful, clean, comfortable. The two bathrooms were sizable. The master bath was glorious. This house had everything you need for a memorable vacation. It was also nice having the sheets and towels there. Not having to worry about that was great! Not far you can get surf lessons, hiking tours, and many other things. You can go to the cities and visit. There just is so much to do here. I would recommend this house to anyone. Children, no children, the couple who just wants to relax, the single person who just wants to get away. We would recommend this house to anyone!!
