This is one of the District's tastefully renovated Historic Row Homes the 'In-Law suite' is now 'The Suite Up On The Hill'. Front and back entrance . The front entrance has a few stairs .

You will not believe the LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION of this Suite you are almost on top of the National Smithsonian museums and the Federal buildings housing our elected officials and judges. 1 BLOCK UNION STATION and quiet, a few blocks from THE CAPITOL BUILDING! 1/2 a block from The Thurgood Marshal Building and The Security Exchange Commission.

Neighborhood located on F St NE at 2nd in a quiet residential neighborhood this close to Union Station and you would never know a train station was your neighbor.

This is one of the District's Historic (Built in 1890's) tastefully renovated Row Homes in the Capitol Hill area of DC the In-Law suite is now 'The Suite Up On The Hill'. Nicely decorated apartment for those conducting business or just vacationing in the nation's Capital. You will not believe the Location, Location, Location of this Suite you are walking along the same streets as your Senators as they walk from their offices or Union Station to the Capitol. The hearings you see on C-SPAN2 are happening right up the street on the opposite side of Union Station.

Clean refreshing decor with so much more to offer than a hotel room, all the amenities you need when your away from home. The Suite has a total of 3 beds. The Master bedroom beautifully decorated has a full size bed with a night table, closet for garments and a flat screen television to make yourself at home. In the living room the 'Suite' has a very comfortable twin size daybed with a twin size trundle bed. The living room also has a very chic decor with a flat screen television to enjoy while resting in the day bed or having a meal at the table.This apartment should accommodate a family of four very comfortably and it will put you within walking distance of a day of adventure. You can fix up some snacks or cook a nice meal with the fully equipped kitchen. There is a corner grocery store and/or a larger mini supermarket 2 blocks away from the 'Suite'

The neighborhood is a very quiet and family firendly residential neighborhood. Located on F St NE at 2nd.

A corner coffee shop 'Ebenezer’s' and 'Toscanas' restaurant are only a few steps from the 'Suite', or just a block away visit Union Station with its variety of shops and restaurants its amazing architecture all of which are a tourist’s

favorites.

Unit 1: This is the one bedroom unit for those needing more space then look at Unit 2 (#323663, ) which has two bedrooms. Both are in the same great location right next to Union Station and a short walk to the Capitol.

Additional information about rental rates

The rate is $175/night (3 night minimum) or a special $1100/wk rate + 75 cleaning fee and $100 security deposit, which will be returned within 3 days after your departure if there isn't any damage to the suite.
We only reserve the Suite when we have received a full payment if your stay is within 30 days or 1/3 down payment for 60 days or more in advance and a signed application.

The payment should be made by cashier's check for the full amount or 1/3 down-payment when 60 or more in advance. Payable to ADI Real Estate LLC or credit card (Visa/MC) there is a 4% surcharge on credit card payments.

The location is spectacular. Walking distance to a number of things and so close to Union Square if you need to take public transportation. Also, walking distance to a large supermarket. Very clean and Ingrid and Deon were great to work with. Would recommend it to others.

This is a great place to stay in DC. The location is perfect. You can get anywhere. Nearby Union Station offers not only trains and buses but also to taxis, restaurants and cafes. The property itself is exactly as described. It is VERY clean and well cared for. Ingrid is a thoughtful and gracious host. She was wonderfully flexible about our changing arrival and departure times and was very responsive the one time I needed to contact her.

Perfect Location

My husband and I loved "Suite Up on the Hill".

The location is so close to Union Station, we caught the train from New York and arrived early afternoon, and simply walked down the hill, less than 10 minutes walk even with suitcases.

Ingrid meet us at the door, with a warm welcome, showed us around and pointed out where everything was including the local supermarket and cafe's etc.

I cannot stress to you how fantastic and convenient this location was, so close to Union Station which is where the tourist buses depart from, great also when your doing the night time tour. The neighbourhood is very quite and so were the neighbours.

We stayed for 4 days, and we hope to come back to Washington, as we loved this city.

Suite Up on the Hill, is exceptionally clean, compact and very warm, and comfortable, everything was thought of, plenty of towels, pillows and 2 tv's! The internet worked straight away and it was nice being able to arrive and have a cup of tea to relax, before heading out and exploring.

We would highly recommend this great little gem for your next visit to Washington D.C.

Simply Lovely!

I cannot tell you have very pleased my granddaughter and I were staying here. The property is immaculate, and so VERY close to Union Station and all modes of transportation. A short walk will take you to the Capitol Building. We had such a great time and relished coming back and resting a bit before seeing more sights. This is a lovely neighborhood and the owners are extremely helpful with anything you might need. Every thing you need for your stay is at the apartment...and again, so VERY clean. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property in DC. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!
