The best of both worlds: mountains and golf! Sixteen people can sleep in this brand new luxurious, 5-star deluxe , state-of-the-art, 5000 square foot golf-front house, with amazing mountain views. Professionally decorated and boasting Subzero and Viking appliances .The great room has vaulted cathedral ceilings and it offers views of the golf course(18th fairway) and the surrounding mountains.Whether you are an avid golfer,equestrian,fisherman,marksman or nature lover,there should be something to please you and your family.Come for a day, stay for a month. Great place for corporate meetings. After a day of golf, relax on one of the porches, by the wood fireplaces, enjoying the gorgeous mountain views. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon you can see deer.Play pool in the lower den, or watch one out of 250 channels on one of the two large screen LCD TVs. The property has fiber optic cable, pre-wired for high speed internet. You will not want to leave!

The house is located in The Reserve section of Bright's Creek Golf Club, which boasts a championship Tom Fazio-designed golf course. it was ranked as one of the 5 top new courses in the United States by Golf Digest magazine.The golf club will host in May 2008 the BMW Charity PRO-AM golf tournament.You,too,can play on this gorgeous course for a nominal fee.The land is dotted by waterfalls, lined by streams and surrounded by mountains. An equestrian center with state-of-the-art facilities offers professional training for riders. Groomed hiking trails provide for a nice stroll to a waterfall, as well as invigorating hikes to higher elevation. Have a drink or barbeque at the adjacent amenity center available exclusively for the guests staying in The Reserve.Great stream fishing is available in the proximity, and beautiful Lake Adger is 5 minutes by car. Bring your pontoon and cruise or fish on Lake Adger (public ramps are available). Available for one night to long term rentals.
