3 Floors - Keep the Kids and Adults Happy: Main Floor: entryway, living room with wood stove and 25 “ cable TV (75 channels), DVD, VCR,, open dining room and kitchen all facing wall of windows with legendary Humphrey’s Ledge and mountain views; half bath and laundry room, and large master bedroom ( 22' X 12') with 2 room bathroom ( double sinks, shower and Jacuzzi tub). Upstairs: Queen bedroom with skylight, bunk room plus single bed, small library and game area, and balcony with desk. Bathroom has combo shower/tub. Downstairs Recreation/Family Room: Ping pong table, cable TV with PlayStation, VCR, game area, variety of child and adult table games available. Racks for skis and camping equipment.
Advice About Local Sights, Events, and Outdoor Activities will gladly be provided by Owner. I live in the area and take great pride in helping you to create a wonderful vacation experience.
Companion Apartment & Child Services: HUMPHREY'S LEDGE BUNGALOW (check out the link for full information) A brand new one bedroom apartment fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and deck with mountain views is also available on the property. A discounted rate will apply when both the house and apartment are under the same agreement and rental period. The apartment sleeps 2-4 with a separate deck and barbecue and privacy for an additional family. Baby gates are provided for safety on stairs and deck. A separate picnic area is also provided. Both the house and the apartment share a large wooded area for exploring and a small camping area for those youngsters who want to spend the night in the New Hampshire woods. CHILD SERVICES The Humphrey's Ledge property is perfect for families with children of all ages. Special 'on site' child entertaining services may be possible with advance notice. The owner loves children and enjoys engaging children in games, arts and crafts, and nature walks.
