House history:
This house has just been remodeled to compliment the little red house (#186677) and each will sleep a maximum four persons. Condos have been overbuilt on Lake Hamilton and older houses with open space on Lake Hamilton are becoming harder to find due to land values. This house is more in tune with the old Hot Springs that had lake cottages and weekenders.
Prior guests:
We have converted several hotel and condo guests that prefer not to share walls. We keep all our properties in good working order and we have had no major problems. We always want to know if anything needs attention, is not to your satisfaction or that we could change in the future to make your next stay more pleasant. We believe you will find excellent value in our properties.
Fishing:
Come and watch Laura feed the catfish, turtles, perch and ducks every evening during the season. This often results in our guests casting their fishing lines off the pier or from under the covered dock away from the sun. Most just catch and release, but there is a cleaning table on the pier if you would like to catch dinner. We have had professionals stay with us to scout the lake prior to a tournament, but many of our guests have never fished before. The children really get into it like Opie in Mayberry.
