Stayed at the Beachouse with some friends and it was great. Comfortable, modern, clean and 50 meters from the beach. Ian is a fantastic host as well.

Great villa in a perfect location. Beach house is steps from a beautiful and quiet beach with friendly people and good restaurants. Close to Tamarindo for an easy visit but it was nice to go back to the quiet Playa Grande. The villa is clean and the layout is well thought out. Ian is a great host and has lots of local knowledge. Can't wait to go back.

Great spot. Very peaceful with plenty of fun things to do near by. This place has the biggest bed I have ever experienced. It seems like 2 king size beds wedged together. Very comfortable. Its very clean, safe, and in a perfect location.
