We found the suite excellent in all respects, clean ,spacious ,well appointed. and well maintained. Jacob was very helpful in sorting out a charge from the MGM reception that should not have been added to our account. Would visit again if in the area and recommend to family and friends

Perfect for Families

Though I've been to Vegas several times with my friends, this was the first time I went with my wife and 22 mo old daughter for a friend's wedding. (Note: This is NOT the place to stay with the guys to party it up in Vegas. This is a quieter, cleaner, and more private place - perfect for families.) The 1-br suite with separate living room was perfect as my daughter could sleep in her crib in the living room while we slept in the bedroom with out disturbing the other. The room was extremely clean, high-quality, and luxurious. The master bath was unbelievable. The staff and service was excellent. Balcony does not face the strip, but great view of sunrise over the mountains. There's also a full kitchen that we didn't make use of. Even though we were in Tower 3 (the furthest from MGM Grand Casino), it took less than 10 min to get to the casino via walkway - plus, it's good exercise to get in between gambling sessions. We enjoyed the swimming pools and hot tubs (though I wish they were open later than 6PM). The overall location was fine in terms of getting to/fro the strip. I recommend FiAMMA Trattoria and Bar at MGM Grand for dinner. Also, the Delight cafe in Tower 2 was great for breakfast - delicious pancakes. Starbucks in Tower 2 was key. Jacob (the owner) was easy to work with and was responsive via email to several questions I had before making the reservation. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to others with families or those who want a quieter/quality/luxurious/affordable and less rowdy/smoky/noisy place to stay in Vegas.

Outstanding!

Our stay in Jacob's condo at the Signature exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed at the Signature in Sept 2008 but booked direct with the hotel itself. This year, we thought we would take a chance and book through a private owner as the saving was quite significant compared to booking direct. Any concerns we had prior to arrival vanished immediately as the room was amazing. The room is maintained by the hotel and you get a brilliant maid service every day. It is very spacious with everything that you need and more. I will never stay anywhere else in Vegas and would recommend it to anyone. Looking forward to coming back in 2010!

This condo / hotel was awesome with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms it was perfect!! The view was spectacular. No room service but plenty of towels and if you need to wash they have washer! Everything was nice and so were the staff. Totally worth the money and then some!

Unbelievable Suite

This suite was everything I had seen on the MGM Signature website and more. Jacob was great to deal with from start to finish. The daily housekeeping was a huge plus because this place is enormous. This place has everything. You want a peaceful view of the mountains and the airport, you've got it. You want a view of the strip, you've got it. The way the towers for MGM Signature are situated, you get a view of the strip from the balcony, specifically MGM, Excaliber and Luxor. On the day, we checked out, a company had purchased all rooms for some conference. The staff was swamped and continued their unbelievable customer service. For example, both the bellman and the valet offered us water. We took the 4 waters from the valet as we waited for our luggage. A place like this makes you view regal.
