Walking distance to pool. food stores, liquor store, great restaurants, banks, Medical center,etc. Villa is at the end of a Cul-de-sac and at the end of the Creekside development. Very Private wooded and waterfront location. House features gourmet kitchen, screened-in porch ,deck, 2 car garage, bumper pool table, ping pong table, kayak, bicycles, fishing rods, crab traps. House is near premier golf courses, Rehobeth outlet stores, Ocean City, Md, and Delaware state beaches.

Bethany Beach is a called the 'Quiet Resort beach town'. A very short drive to the Delaware State Beaches ,ie Fenwick Island is one of the top 5 cleanest beaches in the nation. The Indian River Inlet Bay is popular for boating, fishing ,crabbing, and clamming. There are many nearby great restaurants. There are several Public signature golf courses. The famous TAX FREE Rehobeth Outlet shops are just minutes away. Ocean City Md, is 20 minutes away if you seek boardwalks, mini golf and more night action. In the fall, they have the Rehobeth jazz festival and Pumkin Chunkin. There is the Jungle Jim's water and amusement park nearby for the kids.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot!

We stayed in this villa with 11 people, and had a wonderful time. It is so comfortable and family friendly, and decorated so tastefully. It is close to restaurants and stores, and just a short drive to many beaches. The community is great for families, low traffic, nice swimming pool, beautiful scenery. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to vacation in the area of the Delaware beaches. You can sit in a quiet beach location, or take a short drive to the more active beaches such as Ocean City or Rehoboth Beach. There was plenty of room for our large family, and everyone was comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this villa to anyone.

First visit to Bethany Beach.

Bethany Beach is a perfect destination for families… close to Rehoboth, Ocean City, and of course beaches. My family and I had a wonderful stay in this villa. The pictures don’t do it justice... the villa is very spacious, clean, and well maintained. There’s great communication with the owner. Overall a great place, thank you.

Our family of 12 enjoyed a getaway weekend at this beautiful villa. The kids had fun with the games and pool table. We loved the clean and relaxing setting both inside and outside. Would love to go again.

The house and location was excellent. We had a GREAT time during our stay at this location. It was a very nice home with lots of room for our families. We had four boys with us so the one room with the bunk beds was excelent for the kids.

Great Place for Families

We wanted to find an affordable place near the beach - a place that would be big enough for my family, too, but not break our budget. We found it here. This place was clean, in a quiet area, and had all of the amenities that we were looking for and more! The kids loved the bumper pool table, the games and the ping pong table. We were glad for the beach "stroller" that was available for use, because with 3 kids there is a lot of gear to carry to the beach! The beds were comfortable and everything was in wonderful condition. The kitchen was easy to work in and well-stocked with cookware. The pool area was also very well cared for and never overly crowded. It was also convenient having two grocery stores within walking distance. We did have to drive to the beaches (and pay for parking), but we knew that when we chose this place. It did help to have recommendations from the owner about places to eat and attractions around the area. We tried a couple and were pleased! Grotto Pizza and Bethany Blues are worth it!!!! Thanks again for a wonderful week - we didn't want to leave at the end of the week!
