3 bedrooms, 2 baths condo in the Tahoe Keys Resort with a full service Marina. Your boat dock is located in front of your condo. Upstairs living creates a comfy feeling with great views from the upstairs family room and kitchen. Wall of windows gives an outdoor feel. Upstairs TV with DVD player and the ease of a gas log fireplace. Assortment of books, games and DVDs for your use. Fully equipped kitchen remodeled with granite tiles and new cabinetry opens to the eating area and family room. Wireless DSL. 1 King bedroom and bathroom located upstairs. 2 bedrooms (1 queen w/ full and twin bunk beds & 1 queen) with Jack and Jill bathroom downstairs. Laundry in the hallway downstairs and large closet space to house snow or water toys. Year round community indoor Olympic size pool, two hot tubs, seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts, beach and a fishing pier are available for a small daily fee. This condo has all the comforts of home with the scenic views of Lake Tahoe.

Perfect all year round. Enjoy Heavenly Valley Ski Resort or Sierra at Tahoe, both within 15 minutes drive. Sledding, tubbing, snow mobiling are within an arms toss all around the area to enhance your winter activities. Relax after a day of skiing in the indoor pool and hot tubs. Summer activities are abundant with bike rentals just down the street on Hwy 89. Trails all around the Lake start at the 15th street entrance to the Keys, about 5 blocks from the condo. Water sports are the highlight of the lake and your boat can dock right infront of the condo.

It is not hard to find something to do in this jewel of a place. When all else fails sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery anytime of year!

We had a great time in South Tahoe. The condo was centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches.

Great Condo for Two families

Jody was very responsive and easy to work with. The direction were
perfect and the location was very convenient. The property was
very well maintained and clean and we had all the utensils we
needed in the kitchen (although we pretty much ate out). Very
near to Heavenly for skiing or south Lake Tahoe. We were two
families (4 adults and 2 kids) and the place fits perfectly well
for 6 people. Will definitely stay there again next time I go to
Tahoe - Sunay

my brothers, parents, and I spent 3 days and 2 nights in the condo and loved it. It was the perfect size and came with everything we wanted. It was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a few miles away from the casinos. I would definitely stay there again.

Girls Nights Out

Three of us girls came in on Wednesday and had two nights to ourselves at your fabulous condo. We cooked at the place, drank wine(didn't spill any) and stayed up to the wee hours catching up on our lives. Then we were met by our husbands on Friday. Great place and very friendly neighborhood. Great walking trails to the lake and the restaurant in the marina had live music on Saturday night. We had a great dinner there and their hoola pie for dessert was to die for. We walked back to the condo, played monopoly and relaxed the rest of the weekend. Great Place, love to stay their again.

Perfect Size

We had a great time at your condo. It was just the perfect size needed. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Loved the updated kitchen, and the upstairs living area. The only thing we did not enjoy was the snow removal of the parking lot and streets at 5 am, very noisy although my husband and kids did not hear it. But I guess thats the price you pay for snow free streets. Look forward to staying there again in Feb 09.
