The Grand Palms Vacation Resort is located approximately five miles to Walt Disney World on a beautifully landscaped property. The condominium is in the prestigious Lindfield Development, which is a quiet residential area of executive homes.

This is a two bedroom, two bath Condominium features a screen enclosed patio or deck, separate kitchen and dining areas. With a sofa bed can accommodate up to six people. This Condominium are fully furnished and equipped to make your stay pleasant and trouble free.

The Condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, in house washer and dryer unit, Two TV's w/cable, air conditioning and linens are supplied. ' No Pets are permitted.

The large heated pool and spa are great for relaxing and/or playing with your children and for the more energetic, the tennis court awaits. There is also a barbecue area with picnic tables and a gazebo. Grand Palms is a safe community quiet yet close to all of the excitement and attractions, shopping, and restaurants!

Hello We enjoyed our short stay at your condo. It was very comfortable and clean. Just perfect for a family with kids. We have all that we need and the kitchen was a plus to cook all our meals. Near to the attractions and easy access. We are planing to come back for the summer. We recommend this apartment and the owners are very helpful.

Okay experience.

We were not expecting a 4 star property at a 3 star price, but we were disappointed to find a condo that was so old, worn and tired. The condo was in a very nice, well kept neighborhood, and we had no concerns with our kids going for a jog or swim without us. However, the condo was very, very out-dated including Formica counter tops, 80's wall paper, and old faucets. The walls and couches were nastier than an original 1980's era Holiday Inn. As well, the hot water heater couldn't keep up with one person taking a shower. Indeed, the temperature on the hot water heater had been turned up very, very high in an attempt to offset the fact that there was a very limited quantity of hot water. I wasn't comfortable due to the dirty furniture. Unfortunately, I regretted the stay and wished I'd have forked out the extra $40/night for a more modern place.

Wonderful condo

Great location, easy booking online, always instant responses. Condo was great. Pool very nice, heated also with hot Jacuzzi. Well equipped and quiet. Internet at no extra cost like other places.
We also rent from Jose 3 days in his other location in Cocoa Beach and love it.
We are planing book again!!

First time in Florida and my family love the place, was a good choice. The apartment exceed my expectations, clean, excellent location, comfortable and good price. The owners very nice to deal with.

We plan to come back again in the summer and we highly recommend this place

Nice Place and good location

We stayed at this condo last December and we feel right at home. The rooms were very clean. The kitchen has everything to cook in. Love the heated pool and the BBQ area. The location was great as the description said just 5 miles from the Disney park. Our kids enjoy a lot. We recommend this unit.
