Area attractions include Legoland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Quail Botanical Gardens and, just up the street in Orange County, you have Disneyland and Knott's Theme Park. If you desire a deviation for a day from the beaches, you can take a spin out to Temecula which boasts over 25 vineyards and features many tasting rooms, restaurants and spas. Golfing is also abundant in San Diego, just take your pick from the great public golf courses including Torrey Pines Golf Course just down the road home of the Buick Invitational and The U.S. Open.
