Enjoy spectacular 180 degree views of the Chesapeake Bay on this 4 bedroom waterfront home situated on a private treed lot with trees atop a 75 ft. cliff overlooking Southern Maryland's Western Shore. It is part of a Private Community with private community beach and boat ramp, pool and tennis courts. The private neighborhood, called Scientists Cliffs, is surrounded by a nature preserve that is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. Kitchen, bathrooms and porch were recently remodeled in 2008. Kitchen features new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Located about 1 hour from Washington, DC, 45 minutes from Annapolis, 25 minutes from Solomon's Island. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. This house is located in a private community called Scientists Cliffs in Prince Frederick, Maryland which is about 25 minutes from Solons Island, 45 minutes from Annapolis and about 1 hour from Washington, DC. Prince Frederick is only about 10 minutes away and there is easy access to shopping and restaurants. Waterfront dining is available at Solomons Island or the well known Stoney's Crab House on Broomes Island Road which is less than 10 miles away. The community is surrounded by a land trust which provides a forested land buffer ideal for hiking.
