This is a gorgeous, single family home in Encinitas, CA, sitting on a bluff, directly over looking the Pacific Ocean. The large patio looks straight out onto the ocean, with a 8 person spa, patio furniture, bench swing, and never ending views! This spacious home has three bedrooms and sleeps 7. There is a two car garage. The large kitchen has every necessary amenity. Beach access is directly adjacent to this property, Stone Steps beach. Hurry and book this property today, as it is only available for a limited time! (Available beginning May 22, 2009)

The house is in a fantastic location, right next to Stone Steps beach, with a lovely patio deck overlooking the beach and sea. The House is roomy, with lots of space downstairs as well as a huge master suite. It is well equipped and has TVs in all the bedrooms. The only disappointment was the age of the kitchen units and appliances. They all functioned fine, but were a bit tired and let down the luxury feel of the property. The property management company, "Beach front only" were superb and responsive to small issues. The hot tub on the patio is a real plus as is the gas BBQ.

My family loved this oceanfront rental home! The house was great, easy access to the beach and beautiful views! Will definitely go back!
