    Cancellation Policy: Full refund of $300 reservation deposit if canceled more than 30-days before reservation dates. No refund with cancellation less than 30-days, however reservation date can be moved to another available date if change is requested more than 14-days before reserved date and this will require an additional $100 deposit for this changed reservation. Email for availability or check calendar-it is up-to-date! We accept Visa or MC.
  • Check-In Is Easy. We will provide written instructions once reservation has been made.. Most of the time, owner will meet you at Summer Breeze with keys and a quick review of house features and safety concerns. If arrivals are after hours, arrival time unannounced or unknown there is a lock box at front door. The combination is provided with your reservation confirmation. Detailed instructions on operation of hot tub/pool heaters, safety equipment will be provided on site. Owner Cell phone/Home phone/Emergency # will be provided. Security guards are available 24/7
