Direct access to over 3,000 ft of white sand beach directly on property, just 500 steps from Summer Breeze. Beach umbrella & chair service available for separate fee paid directly to beach service attendant during summer season. Beach, Fishing, Tennis, community shuffle board, community hot tub, community swimming pool (1) are just a short walk 500 steps or free Destin Pointe tram ride. Summer Breeze also has it's own very private outdoor hot tub and lap pool, exercise room, bocce ball court (lawn bowling). Please- No Pets Allowed! SanDestin Discount Shopping Mall, 109 stores, 9.5 miles. Destin Commons Shopping Mall 90+ & Rave Theater 5.2 miles. Destin Track-Go-carts, water bumper boats,Arcade. Big Kahuna's Water Park 3 miles. Usually Sat to Sat (special request can also be made for other arrival & departure days). I will verify availability and email you a contract. Complete contract and fax to private home fax at #850-837-2933. Reservation deposit is $300 (via charge card) and full payment (via charge card) is then due 30- days prior to arrival. We are just a phone call away for questions 850-837-2933
    Cancellation Policy: Full refund of $300 reservation deposit if canceled more than 30-days before reservation dates. No refund with cancellation less than 30-days, however reservation date can be moved to another available date if change is requested more than 14-days before reserved date and this will require an additional $100 deposit for this changed reservation. Email for availability or check calendar-it is up-to-date! We accept Visa or MC.
  • Check-In Is Easy. We will provide written instructions once reservation has been made..When possible, owner will meet you at Summer Breeze for a quick review of house features and safety concerns. If arrivals are after hours, arrival time unannounced or unknown there is a lock box at front door for self check-in. The combination is provided with your reservation confirmation. Detailed instructions on operation of hot tub/pool heaters, safety equipment will be provided on site. Owner Cell phone/Home phone/Emergency # will be provided. Security guards are available 24/7

The location was great in relation to restaurants on HWY 98 (SO PEACEFUL IF RELAXATION IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR)! The amenities were fantastic with movies, games, pool table, pool, hot tub, bikes, beach accessories, deck, patio, grill, neighborhood, fireworks on Thursday night, state of the art kitchen, and flat screens in every room. The owner met us at the location upon arrival to show us how the home and answer questions. Bring your on umbrella for the beach as you will have to pay $28 to rent one at the beach which is ridiculous. I would recommend this property to anyone. Landry's, AJ's, and Twisted Palm restaurants are a MUST!!!
Owner's Response: To our future guests: The majority of Destin's beach services are supplied by private companies.(Rental of beach chairs, umbrellas, small inflatables, kayaks etc). Summer Breeze provides beach chairs, mats, and small inflatables for guests. We will permit guests to bring a Summer Breeze supplied umbrella to the beach as well. The downside is whatever you bring to the beach for the day, must be taken off the beach
when you leave the beach each day. This is the reason why, most guests choose to rent the chairs and umbrellas from the beach services.. We are currently negotiating a better price for such rentals. We know that the daily rate for a couple of days is far less than the weekly discounted rate. New guests are reminded to ask about this when making your reservation. We will have current reliable information.
