5 bdrm, 2 full bath, outside shower, sleeps 12: queen, 3 sets of twins, 2 bunks

With beautiful water view of Cape Cod Bay from elevated deck, this property is less than a 125 yard walk down a scenic path to a private beach - no long walk or car parking problems. Great place for kids. Located in a desirable private association, there is plenty of room on the beach for playing at the sandbar, swimming, canoeing/kayaking, ball playing or just plain quiet relaxation, or if you like, just relax and view the Bay from the comfortable deck with lounge chairs and patio table and chairs. Nice sized rear yard with gas grill for outside cooking, along with an outdoor shower. Kitchen newly renovated Summer 2008 - all new appliances, cabinets and granite countertops. New dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator. All utensils, plates, cutlery. Two (2) full baths also newly renovated. Washing machine and clothes dryer are provided. Three bedrooms pictured - another bdrm with set of twins, and large room with 2 sets of bunk beds is not pictured.

A perfect setup for a family of 5 with guests!

Loved the house, the location and the view having my breakfast or late afternoon wine from the deck looking at the ocean and enjoying the breeze!
The house is a split so the girls were downstairs watching tv and playing games while we enjoyed our shows in peace upstairs at night! The kitchen is GORGEOUS!! All new! The outdoor shower was FANTASTIC after full days on the beach! The walk to the beach is short. The only thing to mention is no pillows or blankets of any kind. (they do say no linens, but I have never brought blankets) No big deal, went to Walmart for pillows and had extra sheets. All in all, really hoping to rent again next year! Already miss it!! My short stay in Heaven!!
