This beautiful, spacious cabin is located in Bear Lake (Garden City, Utah). It was built in 2003, with 2400 Sq Ft., (4) Bedrooms, (1) futon bedroom, (1) loft, (3) Bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. The cabin is located on one acre of property and features a large deck, patio and a gorgeous view of Bear Lake from 2 levels. Enjoy grilling from the deck with plenty of patio furniture to accommodate your group if you choose to eat outside while enjoying the view. There is also a plush yard as well.
3 Bears Lakeview Cabin features all the comforts of home. A spacious kitchen has all the necessities (lots of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans,) and many extras (crockpot, Belgian waffle maker, griddle, popcorn popper, toaster, sandwich maker, and coffee pots). We also have a portable baby bed, high chair, and baby gate available. Relax and enjoy the view or read a good book on the leather couches in the living room. In the family room you'll find a 46' large screen TV with satellite TV. At the end of the day, enjoy beautiful lake views while relaxing in the 5-6 person Jacuzzi on the patio deck. There are many board games and puzzles as well as X-box and ping pong available. We also have Lincoln Logs, Legos, and some other toys to help keep kids happy (and give parents some free time, too)! The bedrooms have comfortable, high-quality mattresses with nice frames. This cabin offers plenty of options to relax and get away from the rigors of a busy life at home.
Bear Lake is a short 4-minute drive from the cabin; close enough to be there in minutes, yet far enough away from crowds to give you plenty of privacy and space to relax.
The cabin is available for easy access year round. Located only one block off the main highway, there is easy accessibility even during the snowy winter months.
For winter stays, we offer snowmobile rental discounts to our guests and we are 8 minutes away from one of the best-rated snowmobile areas in the country. Beaver Mountain ski are is also only a short ten-minute drive.

Policies:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Occupancy is limited to the maximum amount listed for the property. House parties are prohibited. No excessive drinking of alcohol. No smoking or pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or not staying at all forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellations made with less than 30 days prior to stay forfeit the full payment (with the exception of the cleaning fee). Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Deposit:
50% of nightly rate is due at time of reservation and is non-refundable once reservation is made. $200 security deposit is required at time of final payment. This deposit is fully refundable following check-out provided there are no damages and no extra cleaning is required.
