Our spacious villa is set within the exclusive gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is fully air-conditioned and has a landscaped, south-facing pool/spa with beautiful views over one of the lakes and beyond to conservation woodland. As the pool is not overlooked, you can enjoy relaxing on the pool-deck, completely uninterrupted. Patio doors open from the lounge onto the covered Lanai, where you will find a complete range of comfortable pool furniture. The pool-deck dining area ensures that you can make the most of the sun - enjoying meals outside whatever time of year. The interior of the villa is just as beautiful, offering varied accommodation to suit your needs. We have taken time to ensure that our villa is furnished to the highest standards with all necessary conveniences, whilst at the same time being a comfortable “home-from-home”. We pride ourselves on being family friendly, and offer you a quality holiday home which is real value for money.

Our villa is located only 10 minutes from the Disney main gate, just off Highway 192, and ideally located for all main attractions. There is a large Walmart just 3 minutes away and a vast selection of bars and restaurants just five minutes from your door. Cumbrian Lakes is a private gated community so is safe and secure for you and your family. There are four beautiful lakes within the community which, with their scenic paths, are a perfect setting for the fit conscious or just for a quiet stroll. There is a large variety of wildlife to be observed both around the lakes and towards the large conservation area, ranging from cranes and herons to the resident alligator! There is a children's play area within the community which, being only two minutes away, offers something a bit different for that spare half and hour. Locally there is both fishing and golf, as well as excellent shopping outlets, if retail therapy is more your thing.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rates include all Florida taxes and cleans. Please add a cleaning fee of £60/USD95 for stays of less than 7 nights.

    Pool heating: £98/USD154 per wk; £14/USD22 per day (recommended from October to April)

    Take the strain out of your arrival - no more dashing to the supermarket when you arrive or on your first morning. For a small additional charge, our management company will be pleased to provide a grocery Welcome Pack - please ask for details.

    Once you decide to stay in our villa you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £150/USD150 per week to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

    A security deposit of £300/USD300 is payable with your balance and refundable after your stay.

    Booking is confirmed on receipt of our completed booking form, terms & conditions and deposit.

The open plan kitchen with breakfast bar has all the modern conveniences including dishwasher, built-in microwave, fridge freezer and gas cooker and an ample supply of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. There is also a less formal dining area looking out to the pool. The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently placed in their own closet near the family bathroom, together with an iron and ironing board. For those traveling with young children, there is a cot, high-chair and buggy. For your convenience we have installed highspeed 'wireless' Broadband internet, digital cable TV (offering a choice of 150 channels) and FREE telephone calls to the US and Canada.

The keys are available from our lock-box, so whatever time you arrive, you can always get in!! We have an excellent local management company who are available to assist you during your stay. Their housekeeping service ensures that the villa is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your stay to ensure that your vacation gets off to the best possible start. A weekly inspection of our pool and spa ensures that this facility is kept in tip-top condition so that you can get on with enjoying your relaxing stay in our beautiful villa.

Wow - this villa is amazing!! Spacious, clean and airy - and not so many "personal touches" that I was scared to let my kids relax and be themselves. We all loved the pool - it was hard to drag everyone away some days - and the villa is so close to the parks and all the local amenities. Had no need to call the management company but it was reassuring to know that they were there if necessary. Also, the service and information that we received from the owners was reassuringly professional. Would definately recommend and go again if we possibly can. Thank you very much.
