Recently renovated inside and out. Immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 bath, contemporary with open floor plan. Located in Edgartown Estates, 1 mile to Edgartown Center and 1.25 miles to South Beach. Renovation includes new doors, sliders, siding, decks, kitchen appliances, kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, floor tile, carpet, and paint throughout. Interior furnishings, mattresses, deck furniture, Weber gas grill, bedding, linens and kitchenware were purchased new. Features include two level deck, and enclosed outdoor shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and one bedroom has twin beds.

My family of four rented this lovely home in Edgartown in July 2008. It was centrally located to beach and downtown Edgartown and to bike path. The home was in a quiet neighborhood which was great. The property was everything we wanted in a vacation rental!! Beautifully decorated and everything we needed was supplied in the home.

This is a wonderful rental property!

My husband and I - along with our two kids - stayed her for a week this past summer and we really enjoyed it. The location is ideal... close to both town and to the beach. We biked to each throughout the week and even walked to town.

Prior to renting, I was concerned about what condition the house would be in. The photos looked great, but you just never know. Well, I have to say that it was incredible. The entire house was immaculate which was a relief to me being the "clean freak" I am. The house was also beautifully decorated and in top-notch condition. The kitchen was even fully stocked with everything I needed to prep meals for the family.

If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood in Edgartown, I recommend this property. We already booked for next summer and can't wait!
