Four Season Vacation Resort: Enjoy all the activities that every season has to offer in this stunning condo perched at the top of the Granliden resort. Included with your stay are a number of free amenities: in the summer, enjoy the beautiful sandy beach on Lake Sunapee, play a round of golf on the private 9-hole golf course or play a match of tennis. The kids will love the outdoor pool and playground. Or simply relax on one of three decks and take in the breathtaking views that stretch for miles across the golf course, Lake Sunapee and Mount Sunapee. The fall offers beautiful foliage and great antiquing in the region. And, of course, golf, tennis and boating are great until it snows! In the winter, ski at Mount Sunapee, an Okemo Resort, and enjoy some of the best conditions in the northeast at a family friendly mountain. Then come back to the condo and warm up by one of two wood stoves (one gas-fired).

Well-appointed and comfortable condo: Enjoy the comfort of four levels of living space. The main level features a full kitchen which opens up to the living room and dining area. Just past the wood stove is a wall of glass opening onto the main deck and fantastic views. This level also includes a half bath and laundry room. The lower level features a large family room with gas burning wood stove and glass doors opening to a deck and grass area. There is also a flat-screen TV and Foosball table on this level. On the second floor are three bedrooms. The Master bedroom is air-conditioned with a queen bed and has a private deck (more views!) and a private bathroom with a 2-person shower. Two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a single trundle bed) and a full bathroom finish this floor. The top level is a large air-conditioned loft with three twin beds, two of which have been converted to a king bed.

I would definitely recommend this condo. Great condition and lots of room. Owner was very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed and answered all questions. The condo has 4 floors which allowed us to spread out. Beautiful view of the lake in the distance. We went with teenagers and young adults who walked outside and golfed or went to the pool. We also rented a boat locally and took them wakeboarding and tubing and they loved it. Sunapee Harbor was a nice local place to stop for food or a gelato.

Fantastic break from fast-paced life!

We enjoyed this property so much our daughter cried during our last day; she didn't want to leave! The heated pool was perfect for our kids and the beach on the lake was just right for playing in the sand without having to treck to the coast. We enjoyed the fireworks displays for the July 4th (and 5th!) celebration right fromt the upper balcony, what a cozy convenience! We did travel to a few places in the lakes region and the coastline but everytime we returned to the condo, it just felt like home. Wonderful!

Great condo, beautiful location

This is a really beautiful condo at Lake Sunapee. The condo is very spacious and comfortable, has a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful view. The master bedroom looks out over the golf course and lake. We especially enjoyed waking up to see the mist rising on the lake. The free amenities at Granliden, including golf, kayaking, canoeing and the beach, were all very easy to access. (My husband just asked me not to write a review, for fear this condo will be rented the next time we try to get up to Sunapee).

The owners have clearly worked hard to provide a nice rental experience for their guests. They have organized a huge binder of local activities, which was quite helpful and thoughtful. I wholeheartedly recommend this condo.

My family and I stayed at this lovely property for a
week in June and really enjoyed it. It is just as
advertised with plenty of room and a very
comfortable environment. Dealing with the owners
was simple and a pleasure. Would stay there again.
It is a terrific setting with a great view. Each room
is comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied with
all the cooking equipment anyone would need. The
view of the lake is amazing and during our time
there we saw wild turkeys and deer on the golf
course. There was plenty of room for the family to
eat together and play games together yet enough
space for folks to escape for some quiet time.
Would certainly stay there again.
