We were a family from England visiting relatives in Austin and this was just what we needed, a home environment that we could use as a comfortable base.
It was very comfortable, furnished to high standard and had all the equipment, utensils that we needed. We enjoyed the split level, i.e. having the bedrooms upstairs and the children enjoyed the large TV, cable and DVD collection.
The only disappointment was the dirty pool which we appreciate is out of the control of the owner. We had hoped to make use of the pool but it was full of dead leaves and bugs, some of which were not recent.
Overall this is only a minor gripe and if all you want is a comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment, then this place will satisfy your needs well.

I am sorry to hear the pool was not available for your use. April is a little early for the "Pool Season" here in Austin but I know my kids start swimming in March with shivers and a big smile.
While I am not in charge of the pool maintenance, I could have placed a service request call to the property management company. In general, they are prompt to respond.
