This house has panoramic gulf views and only a 30 second walk to the beach. You will also enjoy the beautiful private heated swimming pool and the adjacent manicured Gulf Front lawn. In the evenings, you can relax and enjoy the roof top deck which can be used for dining, sun bathing or just enjoying the incredible panoramic Gulf Views. You will like the convenience of the mini fridge located on this deck as well. If you are planning a wedding event, family reunion or any large get together, you will be thrilled to use the beautiful Gulf Front landscaped lawn, overlooking the water. As long as you rent a minimum of 3 nights, you can reserve this wonderful outdoor Lawn for your special occasion. There is package pricing for off season dates.

  • There is a $40/nt or $250/wk charge for heating the swimming pool. There are no housekeeping charges as long as a 3 night minimum is rented. Pets, smoking inside the house and renters under the age of 25 are not allowed (unless accompanied by an adult). Prices and seasons subject to change without notice. Some seasons require a weeks stay & Sunday arrivals/departures. .
  • To place a reservation, a 50% deposit must be placed by either a check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card. Remaining 50% will be due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date.

The Lawn: This super large, Gulf Front grassed and landscaped Lawn can be used for special occasions like family reunions, birthday or anniversary celebrations or wedding events at no extra charge as long as a reservation is made to stay at this property or the adjoining 10 bedroom property, called “Triple Crown.” Even if you don’t have a special occasion to celebrate, you can still enjoy the use of this amazing 60’ x 110” Gulf Front lawn by playing volleyball, having a picnic or just reading a book. All bedrooms are equipped with a Television and are professional decorated to maximize your comfort. This property has just completed a major renovation which included all new furniture, painting inside and outside, new kitchen cabinets, addition of crown molding, new decking, hurricane resistant windows and doors and even a new roof…so this property is basically brand new!
