Summer is just around the corner! The days are becoming longer and it won't be long before you are at the beach!

An 1896 'Summer Cottage' with gorgeous 180 degree ocean views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Lords Point near the KBIA. A three-bedroom apartment occupying the entire second floor with its own entrance. This rental is ideally suited for two or three couples or a small family who want to relax and enjoy the beach and the ocean but is also near Kennebunkport for dining & shopping.

The 14 room house is not used by the owners and the guests have complete access to the grounds including sunken patios, porches and decks.

The apartment has a beautiful sunroom with lots of windows to enjoy the the direct ocean views and ocean breeze as well as a large outside sun deck over looking the Ocean. The apartment also has three bedrooms, a small kitchen, living area, dining area and two bathrooms. The interior of the apartment has recently been renovated and so interior is new and fresh!

This property is designed for two or three couples or a small family who would like to enjoy a quiet week or two on a beautiful beach on the Southern Coast of Maine to watch the waves roll, the sun rise and the sun set.
