Directly at Mother's Beach an 1896 Victorian 'Summer Cottage' with gorgeous 180 degree ocean views overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Lords Point near the KBIA. This rental is a second floor two-bedroom apartment ideally suited for a couple who wants to relax and enjoy the beach and the ocean but is also near Kennebunkport for dining and shopping. The apartment has a beautiful sunroom with lots of windows to enjoy the views and ocean breeze as well as a large outside sun deck over looking the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment also has two bedrooms, a small kitchen and two bathrooms. The interior of the apartment has recently been renovated and so interior is new and fresh. The 14 room house is not being used by the current owners and the guests would have complete access to all of the grounds including sunken patios, porches and decks.
