Ideal for a long term or corporate rental, this home is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, with lots of privacy inside the house as well as in the backyard. The fireplace in the living room creates the coziest of evenings with a glass of wine, a great book from our mini library, a movie from the DVD library or nice conversation. We also have board games to enjoy and Nintendo for the kids. The well-maintained and sparkling pool is perfect for swimming in May-October. The new spa, also professionally maintained is great for use year round, especially on cool nights or after a hard day at work. There is a minimum stay requirement at this home due to local requirements and ONLY longer stays will be considered.

I took my in-laws, wife and daughter to the area and rented this home. It is a top notch place, everyting is done "executive" style and all the amenties are there. The owners are not new to vaction rentals and have crossed every "T". The house was spotless, the pool was perfectly clean and the hot tub was great. If your picky, this is your place.
