Relax and enjoy the view. Beautiful completely remodeled with all the comforts of home with a beautiful view of the water from the wrap around deck on the house. All rooms have ceiling fans and TV's and internet. Private Association beach located on our street. The beach is perfect for small children, there is deep water access to Nantucket sound one block away. Nearby there are kayak, canoe and bike rentals. It's a short distance to Washburn Island by canoe, kayak, or boat. Wahburn Island is a nature preserve with hiking trails and secluded beachs. Bike route has views of Martha's Vineyard and beautiful views of Nantucket Sound. Conveniently located to fine restaurants and minutes to quaint shops in downtown Falmouth or Mashpee Commons. Washer and Dryer, linens, towels, are supplied. You will not be disappointed. Pets considered.

Charming get away. Beautiful water view day and night. Walk to private beach, for a beautiful relaxing day watching boats travel out to Nantucket sound. Nice beach for children to play in the sand and water. Close to everything.

Wonderful get away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Val and Joe's clean,tastefully decorated, with a scenic waterview house! We were able to walk about a mile to the local inlet beach where it is but a one minute swim to Washburn Island.There is canoe or kayak access within a few hundred feet of the house. We biked about four miles to the main public beach on Nantucket Sound and were able to use the sidewalk the whole way. There are joggers, dogwalkers(with pooper scoopers) and bicyclists enjoying the area which made it a very pleasant experience. The house is in between the shopping areas of Falmouth or Mashpee(about a 10 minute ride) and the local convenience store is about a mile away. Val and Joe were always accessable by phone or email for any concerns or questions.

This is just Fabulous!

This was our first ever house rental.
Val and Joe have set the bar rather high..
The house is immaculate and easy to get to. Ideal for our first trip to the cape.
Such helpful people and I would love to come again.
There were just two of us, but there would be plenty of space for a little family.
The weather was appaling when we visited. The heating is brilliant!
Kitchen well equipped and I am sure that this little house has been refitted recently.
A Gem of a find,
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great little place to stay while visiting the Cape. Owner was excellent to work with. Home was well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Deck was great for relaxing and enjoying cool breezes. Very convienent to Mashpee and Falmouth. Would recommend for 1 to 3 people.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

The perfect place

I was a little nervous inthe beginning ,when I had picked out a place on line but the owners were very obliging and the house was perfect ....a short drive to everything and the view from the porch was beautiful and relaxing. The house was seconds away from GREAT dining..."the oyster" ...It was a great experience. 10 minutes from the Island Queen..Thanks again for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise....
