A rustic cabin and boathouse recently renovated with modern amenities and stainless steel appliances located in the Adirondacks, this home is warm and inviting and perfect for quiet getaways. Set on the waters of Silver Bay on beautiful Lake George, it is close to the town of Bolton Landing and just 4 short miles from the Town of Hague. Historic Ticonderoga is a quick drive north with the famous fort and battlefields. This property offers something very wonderful and unique with a lakeside living room and deck with spectacular views of the lake. This deck invites lakeside dining with a nice wicker table and chairs. Lakeside internet access is provided. The roof of the boathouse building also has a large deck that also overlooks the lake with Adirondack chairs. The property has a large yard and sandy lake bottom that is wonderful for families with children. A stone fire pit is also located in the yard and is great for bonfires. There is a 30 foot dock space included.
