Our spacious one bedroom luxurious ocean view condo at Kihei Bay Vista has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation on Maui. This nicely decorated, air-conditioned unit has new tile flooring, vaulted ceilings and a king-size bed with large walk-in closet. Our second floor unit is located in a small low rise two-story complex with lush tropical landscaping and includes a putting green. We are only a few steps from Kalepolepo Beach, which is connected to the longest continuous beach on Maui and directly across from the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. Also, you are just steps from a large swimming pool and jacuzzi. You will not find more luxurious vacation accommodations on Maui at our rates. Low rates during value season. Our rates include up to ''4 people''. We do not charge extra for more than 2 people. Newly remodeled bathroom with custom shower.

If you cancel within 60 days (Value Season) or 75 days (Peak Season) of arrival, the cancellation policy forfeits the $200 deposit. Less than 30 days before arrival (Value Season) or 45 days (Peak Season), the entire rent is forfeited, unless we can re-rent the unit. We recommend trip insurance for these cases.

We spent our first 5 days on Maui at the Westin, then moved to this condo for our last 7 days. We enjoyed the condo far more than we did the Westin - more room, better view, just as nicely decorated, a little better maintained, and much more reasonable price wise. This condo is everything they said it was - absolutely no disapointments. The coolers and beach chairs came in handy. We loved the location, out of the hub-bub of Kaanapali, certainly not the traffic congestion as there is on the way to Lahaina, but not too far from anywhere on the island. Just perfect as far as we are concerned.

What a great place for our first visit to Maui! The condo is very comfortable and especially the king-size bed. Appreciated having the beach towels, mats & chairs to use. The new sofa added while we were there is a definite plus. The location is perfect. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
