Where you will be!:
The home is located in Seacrest Beach on 30A, just next to Rosemary Beach with its many shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the 12,000 square feet resort pool and a few minutes walk or free “Easy Tram” to the beach.
The house has four large porches on all three levels for outdoor relaxation and sunbathing. We have X-Box, plenty of board games, beach toys and Baby accessories to keep everyone busy and happy. From the street, walk to the fountains, Cafe/Restaurant and shops of the Village of South Walton, or the town of Rosemary’s Beach is just a bit further. Main floor features professionally decorated living and dining room with hardwoods and unique designs and furnishings. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the cabinets are loaded with all you will need for a weeks stay and more. Just off the kitchen is the downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The living room has a luxurious convertible sofa and a 46' wall mounted flat screen TV.
2nd Floor and Observatory:
The second floor has a Main Master bedroom with a king bed and a master bath with a bubble Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and spacious double vanity. A bunk room just outside the master sleeps 2 children comfortably next to parents in either the master or 'porch room' (queen). The 'porch room' has doorway to beautiful 2nd story lighted porch. Lots of outdoor seating for quiet evenings getting ready for bed. All bedrooms have their own bathroom.
The third level observatory room is furnished with dining furniture. There is ample seating and a wet bar with mini refrigerator. There are 2 futon sofas for extra sleepers looking into the night sky. This room opens onto a large tiled covered deck with expansive views of the subdivision and a peek at the Gulf. You can see Rosemary’s Beach just a few streets over and the Beach is visible from the observation deck.
Why you need to rent from us.:
The beach is wonderful and normally not crowded like Destin or Panama city since there are no high rise beach condos.
You get extras like Xbox, pack and plays, high chairs, full stocked kitchen and many more
The place is luxury throughout but the price is affordable.
