Welcome to Paradise!!!Siesta Key is a world famous beach. The SeaShell is located on the nicest part of this beach Crescent!! The white sands are compared to powder. The sunsets over this gorgeous beach are breathtaking!
This Condominium is fully-equipped, with a large wrap-around deck, overlooking a beautiful pool and sauna. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The spare bedroom has two double beds. Stand on the large lanai and watch the spectacular sunset. Enjoy watching TV from the VERY LARGE flat screen TV! All new appliances, very comfortably furnished with all the ammenties needed for a great vacation!
Siesta Key is approximately five minutes to the mainland. It is an hour to Busch Gardens in Tampa, and 1.45 hours to Disney, Universal, and Epcot in Orlando. I have yet to meet anyone who has not fallen in love with this paradise! This is great dining, sightseeing, and water activities. You can watch the dolphins swim down the beach, as you search for sandollars.
This lovely unit is in a very convenient location. You can walk to the grocery store, drugstore, and many dining areas. The bridge to the mainland is across the street. The marina is steps away. This a truly a great place!
We are a family of nine, and have been vacationing in Siesta Key since we were married-This is the favorite place of each of my seven children.
Kathleen Edwards purchased this condo in 1990
Siesta Key-that says it all!
Right across the street from the bridge to the mainland-and the condo is on Crescent Beach which is the nicest beach in Siesta
We had a wonderful stay last summer and are anxiously awaiting our return in just over three weeks. The unit is nicely done with all new appliances. In fact, we were the first to use the new appliances last summer. Owner is very nice as well. The master bed is a comfy king sized bed. Siesta Key has been our favorite place on earth since 1997 and this has become our new favorite place to stay. Thanks to the owner for sharing her lovely unit.
Got there on April 14th 2012, place was beautiful - all new appliances, overlooked the pool and town - also you can see the ocean from the balcony if you look the opposite way - short walk to beach, owner is so nice - stores all around, food (go to captain curts and annies sandwich shop), grocery store, everything else you need - rented a car didn't use it once other than driving to and from the airport
(if you get drunk and need transport it is free and good bars a mile down the road and right across the street) - mid 80's and sunny the whole time I am super dark - beach is pure white and is a MUST SEE!!!!!!!
Gorgeous unit, great stay, great people to work with
Seashell was located in an ideal location, close to mainland access and across the street from a grocery store and seafood restaurant. The beach was great, nice to have the private access. Can be a bit noisy with the public access right of way next to the master bedroom window. The unit is in need of some maintenance: Neither one of the shower heads would stay connected to the wall, the master bed headboard was tie-wrapped to the frame, and the carpets were stained and overall fairly dirty. There was enough toilet paper for two days, no paper towels, etc., which I have come to expect to be provided in short term rentals (less than one week). Overall not a bad experience, but definitely not an updated unit (except for the floors in the living room).
Location, location, location!!!! This condo is DIRECTLY across the street from the Stickney Point Bridge!! No traffic to get off key!!! Crescent Beach is the nicest beach in Siesta Key. Anything you might want to do is accessible from this location!!! or do nothing at all on the country's 'most beautiful beach!' This condo is very comfortable, and just put in a LARGE flat screen TV for those sport's fans!
