6 stars!!!! Highly recommend this cottage. Owner is wonderful, available and easy to work with. The cottage was very very clean, very very will maintained, beautifully decorated... Owner thought of everything...many amenities. Private and relaxing atmosphere, views are amazing, steps to the beach. Shower indoor or out. This cottage is perfect! Always love visiting PT and restaurants however this year just wanted to stay put and enjoy the cottage and its surroundings. Parking is an added bonus!

Véritable havre de paix, ce cottage se révèle parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la tranquillité du West End. Le jardin est splendide et le cottage d'un goût exquis, tout est beau, les meubles, le choix de la décoration mais aussi très bien entretenu. Je n'ai jamais vu un cottage aussi beau et pratique, puisqu'il bénéficie de toute la modernité possible, TV, internet, appareils ménagers et parking.

Il est parfait pour une ou deux personnes, par contre tout à fait inadapté aux enfants, car si tout est beau, tout est fragile, il faut donc prendre soin de ce petit bijou.

Enfin, outre la plage qui est de qualité, vous êtes juste à côté d'un des meilleurs restaurants et bar de Provincetown, le Red Inn.

Si vous êtes seul ou en couple, et épicurien, ce cottage est fait pour vous.

Thanks for allowing us to rent your home and leaving a lasting memory of the kindness of those from the Boston area. My daughter and I came to Boston to visit a college and explore the area together.

This home was meticulously decorated and outfitted. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable. The location is amazing and includes convenient parking, allowing one to walk to town, yet have the quiet away from the hustle and bustle. There is nothing more special than being right on the beach, yet having a bit of privacy. The living room opens to a patio that is right on the beach, yet separated by a small bank of sand and greenery. Rich was more than excellent to work with, accommodating and very willing to share his knowledge about the area in order to make a visit to Cape Cod the best it could be. Don’t miss out – this was a perfect place to stay.

What a wonderful place to welcome the New Year!
Delft Haven 5 proved to be as dreamy as it looks. In a quiet section of town, right on the beach, close to the Red Inn for fine dining, and within easy walking distance to the heart of Ptown, it provided the perfect place to vacation over the winter holiday. It was a joy to see the sun rising over the bay right outside my bedroom window each morning.
The furnishings are deluxe, but homey and comfortable at the same time, and the space is beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Visiting friends were impressed. We only wished it was a warmer season so we could take advantage of the lovely patio and grill outdoors.
Time to start planning a summer vacation at this jewel of a spot. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Delft Haven 5 and am grateful to its most helpful and accommodating owner for making my holiday a most special one.

As my wife and I drove down the hill past The Red Inn and toward the Delft Haven cottage, it became apparent that we were entering a very exclusive neighborhood of upscale summer homes set behind high hedges. We were entering the "Bel Air" of Provincetown.
We were equally pleased to find the cottage so tastefully furnished, meticulously prepared, and stocked with all the essentials.
We enjoyed privacy.
The bedroom had a very comfortable and nicely attired king-size bed.
The outdoor shower was a favorite.
Most of all, the cottage was right on the bay, and there is simply no substitute for staying on the water.
The ocean views from the cottage, paired with the ability to step out the door and stroll along the shoreline, was priceless to both of us.
It all set the tone for a perfect week's vacation in Provincetown.
