Dragonfly is an elegant, one-of-a-kind, 'mountain retreat', located midway between the town of Taos and Taos Ski Valley. This two-story, 6000 sqft adobe, gated estate is on 5 acres. Southwestern ambiance is felt throughout with viga ceilings, copper sconces, nichos, and southwestern decor. Hummingbirds and dragonflies are frequent visitors in the extensive gardens. Have your morning coffee in the front garden with its rose collection, or an evening barbeque in the back gardens with rock waterfall. Relax in the magical atrium with surround sound, or in the steam room after a day on the slopes. The living room with its custom bronze entertainment cabinet, surround sound, kiva fireplace and wet bar offers relaxing evenings for all. Dragonfly has a fully-equipped kitchen with professional range-oven and a breakfast bar that opens to a gracious formal dining room. Enjoy four master suites, each with unique decor, ensuite bath. Dragonfly is conveniently located midway between the town of Taos and Taos Ski Valley. Taos has 70+ art galleries and unique museums highlighting southwestern art and native american arts and crafts. Taos Pueblo is a spectacular site, continuously inhabited by the Taos Indians for over 1000 years. Choose from river rafting, hot air ballooning, mountain biking, horseback riding and a variety of other outdoor activities. Santa Fe makes an excellent day trip, and has the only museum dedicated to a woman artist, Georgia O'Keefe. Ojo Caliente Spa is only an hour away and offers full spa treatments in addition to its naturally heated mineral waters.

A beautiful home and property. The centerpiece our family's wonderful summer vacation. Tucked away yet close enough to everywhere we wanted to be. All-wheel drive recommended. Hummingbirds during the day and check out the stars at night!

Elegant, peaceful retreat, convenient to recreation. Very comfortable accomodations, beautiful views. We especially enjoyed sunsets from the deck overlooking the rock waterfall. The hiking at Taos Ski Valley was spectacular! We are looking forward to another stay soon.

Offers privacy and elegance, yet close to many recreational activities. Enjoyed XC and downhill skiing, hiking along the Rio Grande Rim, and excellent restaurants. Backyard great for relaxing and cooking out. Awesome views from the decks. Hot tub to relax after daily activities.
