Come and enjoy our newly renovated townhome and all that Ocean Edge has to offer - pools, tennis, bike trails, close to beach. You will appreciate the short walk to the Fletcher indoor/outdoor pool (free pool passes included). This home is unlike any other - it has been completely renovated and is extremely clean! This two story townhome has been tastefully decorated, with new furniture, paint and carpet. First floor has fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath and slider to the private patio. The kitchen is completely renovated with new tile, granite counters, appliances and cabinets. The conventional stairway leads to the second floor with washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms (1 queen in master and 1 twin and bunk beds in second bedroom - mattresses are very comfy) and full bath - with granite counter. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Home is equipped with 2 TVs, DVD player and games. Please email for additional info and pics.

This gated community is located on the Mid-Cape, in the quaint town of Brewster, home of many shops, beaches, golf courses and restaurants - just off of scenic and historic Rt 6A. Our townhome is located in Howland Village which is in the center of the resort - it's walking distance to the Fletcher indoor/outdoor pool. The tennis complex, driving range and basketball courts are also nearby. Ocean Edge also has access to biking trails and it boarders Nickerson State Park. Come see what you're missing!...There's more to the Cape than just the beach!

Beautiful, Clean and Spacious Condo!!

My family had the pleasure of staying in this condo last summer and it was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of five (children ages 12,9 and 3). It is about a five minute walk to the outdoor and indoor pools. You can also purchase a weekly parking pass for use at the nearby Brewster beaches. The kitchen was very nice and the gas grill is brand new! The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. We highly recommend the Cape Rep Outdoor Theatre which was about five minutes away. It was perfect for our family vacation and we are really looking forward to go back again! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet family friendly place to relax. You can tell that the owners have worked hard to make it a "home away from home".
Owner's Response: As mentioned by the reviewer, we have worked hard to make this condo a clean and comfortable place for your next Cape Cod vacation. I should mention, the grill is not new, I just keep it very clean ;-)

Clean and Beautiful!!

My family just had the pleasure eof renting this home in Ocean Edge. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The convenience of the pools on the property and the short drive to the beach made it perfect for us. You can tell the owner has gone to great lengths to keep it clean and well decorated.
It has all the amenities you need. I highly recommend it and look forward to going back myself!!--Nat A.
Owner's Response: As I've said before, there is more to the Cape then just beaches, although it's the primary reason I vacation here ;-) At Ocean Edge you have access to pools & spas (indoor and out), tennis, basketball, on-site restaurants, direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and we're within a few miles of the beach...It just doesn't get any better! And think, on those rainy days you have an in-door pool, something many home renters do not have ;-)

My family and I work very hard to provide a clean, comfortable place for families to build long lasting vacation memories. As a former, long-time renter myself, I feel that I know what renters are looking for in a vation rental - cleanliness, comfort and functionality tops the list. I've attempted to incorporate those qualities into my home to ensure you have a great vacation.

Great place to stay, plenty of amenities, and perfect location. Thank you for a smooth vacation rental. Everything worked out perfect. The place was spotless, convenient, and plenty of things to do. Very happy. Best spot yet for us over the past 10 years we've been renting. We'll be back again next year. For future renters, make the movie night on Monday at the pool, enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool after a day at the beach, and get out for an early morning walk to see the horses down the road.

I keep a close eye on the condition of my condo (keeping it well maintained). I clean it myself to ensure that you're getting a spotless unit when you rent from me. I could go the easy route and hire a cleaning staff but it's important to me to inspect the unit right before you turn the key to enter my home.

As the reviewer and I have mentioned...there's more to the Cape then just the beach. Try my Ocean Edge condo and you'll see what you're missing!
