This unit in the award wining Ashley Condominium on the 11th floor and has 1826 square feet of interior space. This spacious condo has a large (6'X30') balcony with comfortable patio furniture that is accessible from the living room. There is a breathtaking view of Sun Glow Pier to the north, from 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. There is a view of the river from the 3rd bedroom. The master suite has a King bed, an over sized tub/shower, a walk-in closet, and separate his/hers vanity areas. The large fully-equipped kitchen has a counter with bar stools. There is also a dining area. The condo is well maintained and has underground secure parking, secured access to the building, and secured beach access.
