Wonderful opportunity to enjoy our lake front home that was just built in 2006 with a Million Dollar view of both the Osage and Gravios arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. You can see down miles of both arms as we're located at the 32 Mile Marker! Our home is new and offers excellent views with the combination of a high quality home with both privacy and spectacular views. Our home is a 2400 square foot plus home with four bedroom plus a pull out sofa with sleeping arrangements. Our home features views of the lake from all rooms and offers a covered deck so you can enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful sunrise. The layout of our home features a full-size kitchen, great room, master bedroom (with jacuzzi tub!), and bedroom/den (with day bed) on the first floor along with washer/dryer facilities. The lower level features two additional bedrooms..one with a queen bed and one with two twin-size beds. Additionally, the lower level has a second living room(w/pull out sleeper sofa)

You are 15 minutes from Deer Chase Golf Course/Sycamore Creek Golf Course and 20 minutes from Indian Rock Golf Course, Restaurants within 10 minutes, Tequilleville (great local establishment less then 1 mile from our house), Tres Hombres (great local Mexican restaurant), Senor Peppers Grill & Cantina (Camdenton), Mariners Pier 31 (right across the lake by boat), others, 20 min, away in the Osage Beach area, The Brass Door, Back Water Jacks, Bentley's, City Grill (Great evening entertainment!), and Outback Steakhouse, For The Kids, Big Water Surf Park is 15 min away!, OUTLET SHOPPING, 20 minutes away, enjoy A busy day of shopping and enjoy a relaxing evening overlooking a beautiful lake view!
