This classic villa sits on the hill above the fishing village of Hout Bay near Cape Town, with stunning views out towards the Atlantic Ocean, and the mountains of the Cape Peninsula. It is situated in a prestigious Scott Estate neighbourhood. The villa boasts four bedrooms, three with views of the ocean, and three bathrooms, two with shower/bath. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and small sitting area, and a picture window looking out over the ocean. More views are available on the outdoor terrace, perfect for breakfast and lunch. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for large meals, as well as a counter top with stools for quick meals. There is a separate TV area, and a games room downstairs near the pool (located behind the sliding doors above the pool in the photo). Outdoors, enjoy the swimming pool and the garden, as well as the barbecue. Two vehicles can be kept safely in the enclosed garages, which have automatic door openers.

The relaxed fishing village of Hout Bay is perfectly situated on the Cape Peninsula between the bustle of Cape Town 20 minutes drive to the north, and the beaches and scenery of the Cape of Good Hope and the Cape Peninsula National Park further south. The winelands of Constantia are only a few minutes drive away. Beautiful Hout Bay beach is only 10 min walk from the house, as are the shops and restaurants in the village. Enjoy the spectacular Chapman’s Peak Drive which starts from Hout Bay. For the more adventurous, a number of mountain walks can be found in the environs of Hout Bay, offering views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains of the peninsula. The beach, restaurants and night life of Camps Bay are only a 10 min drive north.
