Beautiful private 8 acre oceanfront property in Cotton Bay, Eleuthera. Incredible manicured grounds with lovely tropical flowers and cotton trees. The property sits on a two mile long pink sand beach protected by reefs perfect for snorkeling and catching lobsters. We are 100 meters from the Cotton Bay Golf course, an 18 hole Robert Trent Jones course and the only golf course in Eleuthera (it is in fair condition and not all greens are playable, but there is never a wait and the ocean holes have magnificent views). A beautiful lagoon at the end of Cotton Bay Beach is perfect for water skiing. The house is about 7 miles south of Rock Sound -- 10 minutes from Rock Sound and shopping - 15 mn airport -- 5 Minutes from Davis Harbour Marina. Rock Sound is the largest township on the island, with a bank and an ATM machine, medical facilities, gas station, pharmacy, marina, local restaurants.

We just returned from our holiday and had a wonderful time at High Cotton. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful, the beach was spectacular (fine, pink sand, clear water, and very private) and Nola was a pearl! Thank you for arranging the bed and highchair for the baby, it worked out so well. It was an unforgettable time and we hope that it will be possible to return in the near future!

Island Paradise for those who have seen it all

We just got back home from this beautiful home in Eleuthera, Bahamas and I am ready to go back. The house was absolutely gorgeous with a caretaker Nola who attended to all of our needs and more. I have traveled to many islands but this place was one of the best. The beaches were beautiful, the sunsets and more. Everything you would ever want in an island get away. I would definitely recommend Cotton Bay for your next getaway to paradise. Thanks Nat for everything. We will definitely be back. Best Regards, Dawn and David
