The Beach Club is a private beach located at 49th St. in Ocean City that is owned and operated by Ocean Pines. It features lots of free parking, a block of private beachfront, bathrooms, locker rooms, hot showers, a swimming pool (extra fee), and a restaurant and bar onsite. The Beach Club is about 10-15 minutes by car from the property. Guests must bring their own linens and towels. Cleaning is included in the rental price. $300 security deposit is required. There are numerous swimming pools, heated and unheated, that are available in Ocean Pines for a fee. Tennis is available in Ocean Pines for a fee, and tennis is also available at parks nearby without fee. Ocean Pines Golf Course is a Robert Trent Jones designed 18 hole course that is available for a fee. The Yacht Club has a full marina, swimming pool and full service restaurant.

This is the Home for Your Vacation: This house is truly special and is reserved by the same families year after year, who value the privacy and quiet of Ocean Pines, yet want quick access to fun in Ocean City. The boat dock right outside your door is fantastic, right on the deep St. Martins River. The view from the shore and from the decks is one of the best in Ocean City. The opposite shoreline is the last long stretch of undeveloped riverfront in the entire area, still quiet and mostly natural. Sunrises and sunsets are equally stunning. The home has been renovated with new kitchen and bathrooms, and a complete exterior renovation. It has to be experienced to be understood, so peaceful yet so close to everything. There is nothing like the feeling of 'River Bliss'.

A Few Important Details: Occupants are limited to family groups only. No sororities, fraternities or non-chaperoned groups are allowed. You must be 24 years of age or older to obtain a rental agreement on a property. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be evicted immediately without a refund. Please be sure to bring your cell phones, we have done away with our landline. Telephone is not provided.

Our stay at River Bliss was wonderful. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the gas grilled worked well. We loved paddling around the river in our kayaks and watching the sunset from the dock. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants direct access to the water as well as a quiet place to relax.

Our family of four had a very pleasant vacation at River Bliss. The house was clean, had everything we needed and well maintained. Although this was a family vacation, each of us had our own quiet space, too. The kids loved the sandy backyard - it was like a huge sand box. We were able to bring our boat and explore the St. Martin's River and Isle of Wight. The river water is shallow so it's pretty safe for most children. Assateague, Chincoteague and Ocean City were close by - we enjoyed the beaches and the board walk. I would recommend this house for anyone's Ocean City area vacation.

I just want to let you know that my wife and I and family really enjoyed our visit and stay at your place. The view was fantastic and was enjoyed by all. I got a great deal of use out of the chairs on the dock for morning coffee and wine and cheese in the evenings. I can assure you that we would like to be your guest again and we will be looking to book a week again next year.

River Bliss is a true delight!

Our stay at River Bliss was delightful. The kids had a great time crabbing off the dock. I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the early morning to watch the sunrise across the river. The first morning, there were even two rabbits frolicking in the yard. What a great way to start the day! The house was quite comfortable and clean and we were able to really relax. It was a joy to come "home" to this place after a busy day at the beach and boardwalk! Thanks for making your vacation home available; we will definitely return.

Wonderful experience at River Bliss

My family had a wonderful experience at River Bliss home. The home was superb, well maintained and beautifullly located on the St. Martins River, in Ocean Pines, MD. We had fun fishing, crabbing, and a short distance to Ocean City MD.
