Naushop is a charming community of 200 single-family homes with quiet streets, brick sidewalks, white picket fences and classic Nantucket architecture. This house is one of only two duplexes that were built in the neighborhood and this listing is for the right half of the building shown with it’s own separate front entrance, off street parking, private front porch and private fenced front and back yards. This property is comfortably designed for two adults; however additional arrangements could be made to accommodate a small child as well. Clean linens are provided. Passes are available for unlimited access (all week) to the neighborhood heated pool, clubhouse and tennis courts, which are two blocks away. The bike path and bus stop are also within a stones throw away from the property.

This Mid-Island location has a wonderful appeal to vacationers with the advantage of being a short drive or bike ride to Nantucket town, while being away from the hustle and bustle of in-town activity. Mid-Island is also the hub that connects you to all the island’s bike paths and bus lines. The NRTA bus shuttle can take you into town for shopping, an evening dinner out or to the many beautiful beaches. The shuttle runs regularly and the shuttle stop is less than one block away. Surfside beach is less than a mile away.

Bruce was a great host and even drove us to the airport on our last day. The condo was perfect for us and the community is really nice. I liked how well situated the condo is to the bike paths, the airport, and the shuttle stop. The condo is well equipped and has everything you would need for your stay. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for a wonderful late summer stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us plus our 6 month old son. Great mid-island location. Very convenient to use the shuttle as well as a nice walk to town on the bike path. We would highly recommend this well-equipped and comfortable house to others and would certainly return ourselves. Hope to see you next year.

We had a delightful time in Nantucket. This condo was super. It was close enough to town to ride bikes easily and far enough to feel private and out of the way of lots of people. The bed was super comfortable with extra thick sheets! Amenities were fine - everything we needed. The owner is friendly and accomodating. I would stay again and recommend highly to anyone wanting an affordable, pretty and private place to stay on Nantucket.

Thanks for a wonderful stay on nantucket. We enjoyed your rental for its quiet privacy, the pool, and the back yard where we grilled our bluefish straight from the nantucket surf! It was great to have the bike path just steps from the house allowing a short ride to the supermarket, downtown, and the beaches. Many thanks, and hope to be back soon.

Our stay in Naushop was wonderful. For cyclists, the location was perfect, right off the central axis of many of the island's many bicycle trails. We cycled the entire island with Bruce's comfy condo as our home base and oasis when off the trails!! Bruce was a wonderful and gracious host-- we hope to come back soon!
