The modern apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable sitting room which leads onto to a balcony which overlooking a 'Blue Flag' beach and blue Mediterranean sea. There is also a roof terrace.The fully fitted kitchen has every convenience to make your visit easy.You will have the use of the large communal pool, which is solely for residents.The are well kept gardens, bedecked with palm trees, the whole area is lit at night giving a romantic atmosphere. The small private complex is protected by security gates and the apartment has an intercom for convenience. This area of Spain is designated by The World Health Organization as having the worlds healthiest climate.Citrus fruits with oranges predominating giving the whole a lushness and is relatively untouched by mass tourism. The resort of Piles is popular with the Spanish in particular those from Madrid thus giving the opportunity for a 'Real Spanish' holiday. Restaurants, bars and shops are close by.

Nearest Motorway: A7 at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 50.0 Metres

In addition to the beach opposite the apartment the area benefits from many other nearby 'BlueFlag' beaches. All are clean, safe, sandy & with good bathing especially for children & are never over crowded.The area is well served with shops, bars, & restaurants some on the beach at prices you may well have forgotten.There is a theme parks (Terra Mitica) water park and a zoo all within easy traveling distance. Valencia the regions capital has long history & now has the highly acclaimed new Science & Marine Life centre which is well worth a visit.Incidentally Valencia has been chosen as the venue for the next 'Americas Cup' 1 of the worlds most prestigious sporting events. In land there are many small towns & villages set in the most spectacular scenery & that time seems to have passed by.It is also possible to sail to the Balearic island of Ibiza on a day trip or even further afield should you wish. The whole area is a mecca for sport so you will never be short of something to do.

    The above prices are for 4 people. There is a 35€ supplement per. extra person over this number.
    Easter/Xmas, bank holidays etc. may incur a small supplement.
    A deposit of 225€ or 20% (whichever is the greater) is required on booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A refundable deposit of 300€ is required for breakages/damages.
    Long Term lets-prices negotiable, please contact.
    There is a two week minimum stay in July and August. There may be exceptions, if one week remains.

Further details: The resort of Piles and the town of Piles have a variety of shops and supermarkets which should cater for most needs. The larger nearby towns of Gandia and Oliva have even greater choice and some excellent restaurants. There are more bars than you could imagine so there is every opportunity to try Spain's famous 'Tapas' Please try the world famous 'Paella' dish made from locally grown rice in fact you will find the food everywhere is delicious and cheap! Access to the adjacent motorway A7 is quick and easy. There is a local bus service running to Gandia & Oliva. Gandia has a train station. We can arrange competitively priced car hire if requested. There are 2 airports serving the resort- Valencia to the north and Alicante to the south, both accessible by motorway

Other Activities: Kite surfing is a big sport at Piles Playa

Lovely flat in a lovely place with lovely owners.....We were in april. No tourist in this period. I recommend this apartment. It is a very good and quiet place. The flat has all the comfort to live great holidays.
We will return. Thanks to the owners for their welcome.
