Perhaps the best unit in Sandestin. This unit has never been on the rental pool. Come relax and enjoy the Grand Sandestin located in the new Village of Baytown Wharf, Sandestin. This unit is in the very best condition. The upgrades include 55' Sony LCD TV, Playstation 3, Bose Stereo surround sound system. You never have to leave the resort to have a great vacation. Over 20 restaurants in walking distance including Acme Oyster House, Marlin Grill, Bistro Bijoux, and Hammerheads bar and grill. The village also has night clubs with live entertainment such as the Famous Village Door, Rum Runners, Funky blues shack. Kids activities and excellent shopping all close by. This is one of our families favorite places to vacation in the world and is a great vacation for everyone.

This vacation rental has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing, fun-filled vacaton. The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. All that visited us during our stay wished they were staying at OUR place! Baytown Wharf is a 2 min. walk, so you never have to leave the property. This unit is very clean and well kept. We will certainly recommend and use this rental again in the future.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: As owners we have made every effort to keep our unit in great condition not only for our renters but for our family. It is nice to receive all of the positve comments from our renters and to know that they love our unit as much as we do.

Fabulous Girls Weekend!

This was the best place that I have ever stayed at on the Resort property! I have stayed at the Hilton, Beachside I, the Villas, etc. and this one beats them all! It was clean, and tasteful and beautifully decorated. The location to the Wharf was awesome, especially not having to worry about parking. I just can't say enough about what a great time we had and what a huge, beautiful, relaxing space this is, I highly recommend it to anyone, but especially those with a bigger party, everyone even had their own rooms. It was greatness!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
