This newly redecorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the beautiful Mainsail Resort. Beach is approximately 100 ft. away, security guard on duty 24/7, gated community, and a short walk to Silver Sands Outlet Mall. 4 tennis courts, new adult pool, kiddies pool, shuffle board courts and game room. Relax in the heated outdoor spa or in the sauna room. Poolside gas/electric grills are available or enjoy great restaurants nearby. Water sports on site for a fee, and umbrellas and chairs are set up daily on site (fee required). Located on the 6th level (5th floor), this unit has 2 balconies with a beautiful, panoramic view of the beach and a great view of the pool. Sliding doors in living area and master bedroom that step onto rear balcony. Full stocked kitchen, Wet Bar,2 TVs (Flat screen in living area), 2 VCRs, 2 DVDs, WIFI, Stereo w/CD & am/fm radio, jetted tub in master bath. Sleeps 6: 2 in guest room, 2 in master room and 2 on new large sleeper sofa. Non-smoking unit. No Pets!

  • For rentals between March 15 through August 15- there is a non-refundable reservation deposit of $400 is required. Payment will be held 14 days after departure in the event of a remaining balance. Balance of rent, together with a $250 damage deposit, is due 15 days prior to check-in.

    Rentals between August 16 and March 14- there is an advance payment of one night's room and tax is required at time of booking, which will be applied towards your balance. Payment will be held for 14 days after departure in the event of remaining balance. Balance of rent, along with $250 damage deposit is due 15 days prior to check-in.

    Monthly Reservations (Fall & Winter Seasons Only) require half the month's rent upon making the reservation. Balance of rent, along with damage deposit is due 15 days prior to check-in.

Protection, Security and Comfort: Mainsail Courtesy Patrol is available 24 hours a day Walton County Sheriff's For Emergencies call 911. Destin Beach Safety Patrol (ask us for the phone numbers) During peak season, which lasts from mid-March through October, the beaches of Destin are patrolled by professional USLA-certified lifeguard personnel from 10:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. 7 days a week. DBSP operates 180 days a year during spring and summer from Memorial Day to the end of October. 6 to 7 beach patrols per shift cover all Destin beaches by roaming on ATVs. Also, 2 patrol towers/chairs are located at 2 public beach accesses. Also, during peak season the DBSP sets up safety flags to let you know what the water conditions are for that day.

THe only place to stay!!

My wife and I have three children and this location is perfect in every way! For once I did not have to break my back lugging everything to the beach! The location is great and the amenities more than meet our needs. There was plenty of room for us all and the balcony was a great place to escape after the kids were in bed. The balcony was a big concern with children, but the doors are to heavy for the kids to open and that was a relief! I was also worried about not being on the first floor. No problems though, there are plenty of elevators and the view beats anything you'll find on the first floor!!
The owner was a pleasure to work with and very timely with the deposit return. We needed that after taking advantage of all there was to do!
If your going to Destin and want to be out of the hustle and bustle this condo is your best choice! Your still close enough to everything, but not smack in the middle of the traffic and crowds.
Owner's Response: What a wonderful family to work with. I am so excited to be renting to them again this year (2009). I do hope they will continue to make our vacation home their vacation stay annually. It is families like this that makes it a pleasure to rent our second home to.

My family and I stayed in this condo June 5-8-2008 and could not have been any more pleased. The condo is absolutely beautiful as well as the view. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you may need during your stay. The owners were absolutely a treat to work with and will definitely consider them again in my vacation plans next year. The mainsail location is excellent and the property is very well maintained. My kids had a wonderful time at the pool area which is easily viewed from the condo as well as the beach. I have stayed in numerous condos over the years and will not look any more when going to the destin area. Thanks for making our vacation stay so comfortable and relaxing. "The Mason Family"

The ideal location for a Destin Getaway....just far away enough from the Destin congestion, but still within easy drive of any attractions. This unit lived up to our expectations - clean, attractively decorated, and well equipped- we loved the free wifi access. Great pool, beach access -convenient to grocery and restaurants.
Excellent value and great owner to deal with!
Don't miss out on the Fried G.rouper sandwiches......We liked the Crab Trap, Gilligans, Cafe Grazie, and even Dewey Destin.....
My only complaint...no good newspapers in Florida Panhandle, but after all, I guess the idea is to "get away"!
