Description of the Rhododendron vacation cottage rental
Kathy's Kabins has been busy again. She has created another Fantastic little Getaway in Mt Hood National Forest. Introducing...Kathy's Kabinette. Kathy's Kabinette has been completely remodeled and offers 2 bedrooms and a loft, along with 2 full baths. The interior is decorated in Modern, Contemporary design. You sure couldn't tell by the looks of Kathy's Kabinette on the outside, but don't let that fool you, wait until you walk inside, you'll be surprised!!
This cute little cabin, (about 1000 sq ft) is nestled back in the woods, has the sounds of the Zig Zag River and Still Creek colliding. The River is about 200 yards behind Kathy's Kabinette. Each bedroom has a different look, as you can tell from a sample of the pictures. Kathy's Kabinette also offers a private, secluded hot tub for your enjoyment.

At Kathy's Kottage, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the Zig Zag River 24 hours a day, and the views of the mountains.
When you enter Kathy's Kottage, you'll walk into the enclosed porch which has a desk, perfect for that inspiring writer! You have a view of the River and the Mountains. From there you'll enter into the Entertaining/Living Room,(18x30)which was also called the Reception Room when it was Gorton Lodge. The decor has been kept in it's original condition with the woodsy, cabiney look of a Lodge. The 2 Sofas open up to Queen size beds, which will sleep 2 people each,comfortably,especially handy for late night friends.There is also a 30' Widescreen TV, with DVD/VCR player for your viewing pleasure. Kathy's Kottage is perfect for ENTERTAINING!! and Very Romantic... Put a few logs into the Fireplace,sit back and relax to the sounds of the crackling fire. Catch up on 'OLD TIMES'....
