Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Cambria, California
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

$125/night 1-2 people. $145/night 3-4 people. $165/night 5-6 people. There is always a 2 night minimum stay requirement, however during Holiday times & the Peak Summer Season minimums will be from 3 to 7 nights. For requests fewer than the minimums, please ask us...we may be able to help.
Additional fee information: 1. $25 reservation fee 2. A non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged based on the number of guests & length of stay. 3. 9% occupancy tax charged on the total amount. Pets are welcome with approval at time of reservation and an additional fee may be charged.
Reservations: Reservations are accepted and confirmed with a down payment of $100 to $500 depending on total rental amount & is due @ time of booking. We accept M/C, Visa, AMX or you may send a personal check. Balance will be due 14 or 30 days prior to arrival based on arrival dates. Initial funds will be applied toward your stay. Check in time is 3:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m & check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - Cancellation Policies: There is a $75 fee for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel a reservation a minimum 60 day notice must be given for an immediate return of your deposit. If less than a 60 day notice is given, there will be no return of deposit or any collected funds unless the home is re-rented.
