This exceptionally large home is located on West Lake Road and has water views from almost every room. There are spectacular lake views from the many panoramic picture windows. The 20x40 In-ground pool is surrounded by lush gardens, a covered patio and 6ft high stone fence for privacy in the backyard. There is 100ft of private lake frontage with a large area of lawn for picnicking and enjoying the lake. The waterfront features a dock and mooring buoy for your boat. Swimming depth is gradual - ideal for children and people with limited mobility. The home offers 5 bedrooms ,3.5 baths and sleeps 15 people. It has a spacious and open floor plan with a large step-down living room, a beautiful den with walk-in wet bar, a gourmet kitchen with breakfast area. The lower level features its own private suite with King size bed,full bath and garden level views.There is a full size laundry. NOTE: The Fireplace cannot be used/lit during the winter months due to safety and Insurance

  • $170 Cleaning fee
    9% Reservation fee

    $55 Damage Insurance plus a $200 refundable deposit (subject to final inspection) charged at booking or alternatively a $1500 security deposit on arrival is required

    Pillows, mattress covers, blankets & coverlets/bedspreads provided.
    Linens and Towels can be provided at additional cost of $20 person
    Pet fee $50 per pet ( if applicable)
    Water Craft:
    Resort Property Rentals and its owners do not accept any liability for damage when using docks, moorings, boat hoists on any property . Any damage will be sole responsibility of the Renter. Please advise us if you intend to bring any watercraft and we can advise you of suitability to the property

The house was lovely, with lots of natural light, plenty of space, beautiful back yard above the outdoor pool. The rental contact person was wonderful and helpful and worked hard to deal with any problem with had.
View from big front windows out over the lake was gorgeous. The little lake area across the road felt private and was very peaceful. We enjoyed the paddle boat, too.

Grateful to have been able to stay with you.
