Blue Pearl apartment is placed on one of the most beautiful coast line scenery of the Riviera in front of the sea and two shared pools for the use of the guests of this apartment: a big one for adults and a small one for children. It is very close to bus stop where you can take a bus every 10 minutes for Bordighera, Ventimiglia or Arma di Taggia, Imperia. You can walk and you can find nearby restaurants, coffee bars, tobacconists, laundry service, and news-stand. It is a lovely apartment in San Remo with a breathtaking sea view. It looks like to be on a cruise ship! From every bedroom of the apartment and living dining room you can look at the sea A beautiful veranda overlooking the sea is the most attractive point of the apartment . It is located South - West on a 5th floor via lift. It is spacious, sunny and comfortable and ideal for all kind of guests (families with children, honeymooners, 60's or 70's people, etc).

Sanremo is an international seaside resort famous for its sandy beaches, the international shopping, the delightful parks and gardens with exotic flowers, its casino and its nightlife and overall for its mild climate all the year. Temperature in winter is a medium of 14 degrees Celsius. The apartment is on the main street leading to the center. If you wish to reach the pool you have to cross the street, getting down some steps and taking two lifts.

Notes: In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and all of them have sea view. The apartment is located on the main road leading to the town centre. The pools are located just on the opposite side of the street. You have to cross the street and catch two elevators to reach the pools. They are open from middle of June to middle of September.

The apartment was perfect for us - really spacious with everything we needed for a two week holiday.
The pool area was fantastic - sun beds ready for you every day and the fact that you could swim in the sea too really appealed to our children.
San Remo itself was a delight. Not too big but big enough to wander round comfortably with plenty of restaurants to choose from and a nice beach.
We had a superb fortnight in San Remo - the view from the apartment certainly was one of the highlights and we would thoroughly recommend it for a family holiday.

The apartment was good for us with 3 bedrooms. Description in ad should be changed, and also picture. Show the right building. Elevators broke down both in apatment and to the beach. Difficult for family with babies. Pool without water for 1 out of 2 weeks is not acceptable. No possibility to walk with children to the city due to parking on the sidewalks. To high additional costs for water, electrisity and gas
Owner's Response: Municipality authorities allow parkings on the street along sidewalks (as the Client verified in a previous visit of its arrival) . This makes easy parking research in that area.
The pool has been closed for few days due to some technical problems. If the client had contacted us we would be at his full disposal to recommend to use another pool located in a close area.
Anycase as reimbursement on request of the Client we have not debited water, gas and electricity expenses.
Electricity expenses for two weeks were Euro 77 including air conditioning.
We have been confirmed that one of two elevators to reach the pool was not working for few days as well as the elevator inside the condominum for 1 day due to maintanance reasons.
We are sorry about these inconveniences reimbursed to the Client .
We are pleased that the Client enjoyed the apartment.

Thank you for the wonderful stay in your San Remo apartment. It was very nicely decorated, clean and had beautiful views ! We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter vacation stay there.
